How to turn the USB Debugging/Developer Tools on Xperia 2013/14 Devices
If you are a proud owner of a smart phone launched by Sony in the Name Xperia.. Which includes flagship devices like Xperia Z, Xperia SP, Xperia E, Xperia E Dual, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZR, Xperia L, Xperia C, Xperia M, Xperia M Dual, Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1, Xperia T2 Ultra, Xperia Z1 Compact, Xperia Z2, Xperia M2 or any phones which is released later. For Security Reasons Sony has disabled Developer Options. which can turn on some extra features in your phone. These options can be easily turned on without any additional software or any external device.
These Options can be easily enabled if you follow these simple steps
Step 1: Go to Settings in your menu
Step 2: Scroll Down and click on About Phone
Step 3: Scroll Down Further and click on Bulid Number several Times you might get messages like this
These Settings add further tweakings to your daily use . if you further keep on pressing the Built Number you might get a message, No need, you are already a developer. which does not add any further settings

See i have tried this method and got luck. i dont know if this process voids your warranty. but it is a must android feature to have all these settings. so i am not sure if you loose your warranty. i should not be blamed.
