Reinstall Netflix App
Netflix App installation files could have problems. Reinstall it to fix error 1011:
1. Touch and hold the Netflix App from the main menu.
2. After it jiggles, tap the X in top left corner of the Netflix icon.
3. Tap Delete.
4. Search for the Netflix by entering App Store.
5. Choose the app Netflix App from Netflix, Inc. and tap Installbutton.
6. Specify iTunes password in order to continue with the installation.
7. Tap Netflix icon once the installation has been finished.
8. Specify your Netflix account email id and password.
9. Click Sign In.
Reboot the Device
Turn your Apple device off and wait for 10-15 seconds before turning it back on. Here are the steps to reboot it:
1. Press and hold Sleep/ Wake button for 5-7 seconds.
2. The red slide to power off screen shall appear. Slide the slider in that screen.
3. Press and hold Sleep/ Wake button.
4. Apple logo shall appear.

Trusted Sites is a featured list prepared by Internet Explorer. Add Netflix website to the list of trusted sites so that it won�t show error 1011 again.
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools | Internet Options.
3. Click Securitytab.
4. Selected Trusted Sites icon under zones.
5. Click Sites.
6. Type https://*.netflix.com
7. Click Add.
8. Type http://*.netflix.com
9. Click Add.
10. Uncheck the Required server verification for all sites in this zone checkbox.
11. Click Close | OK.
Repair Registry
For PCs it is possible that the registry is corrupt. Scan and clean all network related registry configurations and settings. This shall fix Netflix error 1011.
1. Download RegInOut Registry Repair.
2. Start full scan.
3. Repair all errors.
